What we collect

Visitors can browse and search the archive without an account. When you contribute a layout we collect the name, phone number and optional email address you provide, along with the layout information and files you submit.

How contributor details are used

The name, phone number and email address you give when submitting a layout are not published. They are visible only to administrators, and are used solely to verify a submission or to contact you about it. The address you sign in with is not published either.

A contributor with an account may separately choose to publish a contact email on their profile, in a field that says so. That one is shown on their public page and beside the records they contributed, so people can reach them about a layout. It is optional, blank by default, and can be removed at any time from Your account → Edit your profile. Removing it takes it off the site.

Analytics and advertising

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. Advertising, where present, is served by Google AdSense, which may use cookies. See Google’s advertising policies for details.

Retention and removal

Published records are retained as part of the archive. To request removal of a record or of your contact details, contact us and we will review the request.
